1. No Data Collection

LoanPayCal does not collect, store, or share any personal information. All calculations are performed entirely in your browser. No data is sent to our servers.

2. Analytics

LoanPayCal uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4), a web analytics service provided by Google, to understand aggregate usage — for example, which calculators and guides visitors find most helpful. GA4 uses first-party cookies to measure page views and interactions; it never receives any mortgage calculation inputs, because all calculations run locally in your browser. You can opt out of Google Analytics at any time by installing Google's browser add-on. Your individual activity is never sold or shared.

3. Advertising

LoanPayCal may display advertisements served by Google AdSense and uses Google's CMP (Consent Management Platform) to manage user consent for personalized or non-personalized ads. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party for advertising purposes. All mortgage calculations remain entirely in your browser — no calculation data is ever sent to Google or any advertising network.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services: Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for anonymous, aggregate usage measurement; Chart.js (a charting library) from a public CDN for data visualizations; and Google AdSense for display advertising with consent managed by Google's CMP. None of these services ever receives your mortgage calculation inputs, and no personally identifiable information is shared with them for their own purposes.

5. Children's Privacy

This site does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. Since we collect no information at all, this is inherently satisfied.

6. Changes to This Policy

If we ever change our privacy practices (for example, to add analytics), we will update this page with a clear explanation of what data is collected and why.
